Canada Training Group has been providing detailed evaluation of electrical workers since 1986.

Our proprietary evaluation process provides our clients with insight into the knowledge, skills and experience of their electrical workers correlated to the facilities and equipment that the worker is responsible for.

A comprehensive report is provided for each worker indicating their competencies and can be used for a variety of purposes should the client desire. This includes safety programming, training upgrading, recruiting, compensation and promotions.

As this unique and proprietary process has taken us over 2 decades to refine it is not defined on our website. Please contact our office at 1-800-661-1663 and we will be glad to discuss your situation with you.

 Biography
Dave Smith has been an Industrial Maintenance Electrician for 32 years. He has taught safety, troubleshooting and maintenance courses to thousands of electricians in mines, mills, refineries, factories, plants, power stations and offshore platforms throughout North America and the Middle East. Dave is a hands-on guy and teaches from a field perspective with his intended audience being his utmost concern. He knows the electrical trade and knows exactly what you face every day. Dave founded Canada Training Group in 1980, back when electrical safety training was unfashionable and Canadian industry was generally uninformed to the need of trade specific safety and technical training. Since than Dave has assembled a core group of multi disciplined instructors. From advanced troubleshooting and industrial leadership to programmable logic controllers and crane inspection and operation we have someone to fit your needs.
