Biography
Randy McKee brings over 30 years of hands-on industrial experience to Canada Training Group, with a strong background in hydraulic systems, equipment maintenance, and practical troubleshooting.
Randy’s teaching style is grounded in real field experience. He helps students understand how hydraulic systems actually behave, how components interact, and how to approach faults in a structured way instead of relying on guesswork or parts swapping. His focus is on building confidence: helping maintenance teams recognize symptoms, read system behaviour, isolate problems, and make safer, better decisions in the field.
In the classroom, Randy connects hydraulic theory to the day-to-day problems technicians, millwrights, operators, and maintenance personnel face on site. Students benefit from his practical approach to system fundamentals, safe work practices, troubleshooting logic, and the kinds of real-world failures that can lead to downtime if they are not understood early.
Randy supports Canada Training Group’s Hydraulics: Foundations, Systems & Troubleshooting course, where his experience helps participants move beyond “what the component is” and into “how the system works, why it failed, and what to do next.”
